The primary function of these automation stations is to control, regulate, and monitor your building technology systems for optimal energy efficiency. To ensure IT security, these DDC controllers are equipped with an innovative firewall that meets the highest security standards.

From cost-effective compact controllers to powerful native BACnet building controllers (B-BC) with redundancy solutions, the DEOS portfolio offers the ideal DDC controller for your project. The web-based, B-AWS certified BACnet Building Management System (BMS), OPENweb, is designed for monitoring and controlling HVAC systems, as well as zone and room control within buildings. Accessible from a local computer or remotely via mobile devices, it provides a graphical visualization to keep you informed about your building’s status and ensures energy-efficient operation with its intelligent control strategies. System faults and alarms are managed through the internal Event Control Center (ECC) and can be communicated to your service staff via the DEOS Secure AlarmApp.

OPENweb is highly scalable and suitable for a wide range of projects, from small-scale applications to large, complex projects with redundancy requirements. You can choose to implement OPENweb locally on your computer or as a modern cloud solution. Even small building automation projects with just 100 data points can benefit from a comprehensive BMS with our cloud solution.

DEOS mobile apps enhance your flexibility in everyday work, allowing you to monitor, control, and maintain your HVAC systems and building automation from anywhere, anytime. Our apps provide an intuitive user experience with optimized displays, secure and easy access to your systems, and support for technical system services.

Alarm Management

Messages from integrated HVAC and technical building equipment components are collected by various detectors and sent to the DEOS IoT platform. From there, they are forwarded to Computer-Aided Facility Management (CAFM) systems like the DEOS Secure AlarmApp as push notifications. This setup ensures you always have an overview of your building’s status, allowing you to respond quickly to malfunctions and minimize downtimes.

Our message gateway allows for the retrofit and integration of a professional alarm management system across all HVAC and technical building equipment systems, regardless of the manufacturer. This gateway leverages the standard BACnet protocol to ensure seamless integration.

We can establish a load management system with up to 16 priorities. Actuators that switch loads using the ISYGLT or DEOS system are assigned specific priorities, enabling them to be automatically switched on or off as needed. This allows for the optimal control of even hundreds of loads.

Energy Management with OPENenergy

We can integrate DEOS’s OPENenergy to create an energy management system in accordance with DIN EN ISO 50001 standards. This system helps prevent energy waste by using the innovative DEOS control system to save energy where it’s not needed.
